What this is
Yes, I'll do it keeps a record of something two people agreed in a chat. One person creates the record, the other confirms it, and both can open it from the same link.
What we keep
The agreement itself: the names typed in, what was agreed, the amount, the dates, any conditions, who confirmed and when, changes, and invoices if one was sent. This is the product; it exists so both people can open it later. It stays until it is cancelled or deleted (see below).
Invoice details: if you send an invoice, the trading name, payment details, address, email and phone you type are remembered on your device's record so you don't retype them. You can overwrite them any time by sending another invoice.
A cookie: one random token per browser, with no name or email in it. It is how the site knows which side of an agreement your phone holds. No accounts, no passwords, no sign-in with Google or Facebook.
Usage events: when an agreement is created, shared, opened, confirmed, changed, completed, invoiced or added to a calendar, we note the moment and which kind of device did it (for example "inside WhatsApp's browser"). We use this to see whether the product works, not to profile anyone. No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts from third parties.
What we don't keep
The chat you paste or the screenshots you choose. They are sent once to the AI step to work out the terms and are not stored by us afterwards. Only the terms you see on the check screen, after you have corrected them, become the record.
We don't read your WhatsApp. The app has no access to your messages, contacts, photos or calendar; it only receives what you paste, choose or share into it.
Who else sees data
Anthropic processes the pasted text or screenshots to extract the terms (Claude models, via their API, under their commercial terms, which exclude training on the data). Vercel hosts the site. Neon hosts the database, in London. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else. The other person in your agreement sees exactly what you see on the shared page.
Links
Anyone with an agreement's link can open it; share it only with the other person. Your personal link (under "Using another phone or browser?") binds a browser to your side: never send it to anyone.
Deleting
Either side can cancel an agreement from its page. To have a record removed entirely, email the address below with the link; we delete it and its events. Clearing your browser's cookies forgets your side of your agreements on that device.
Contact
This service is run from the United Kingdom. If you are in the UK or EU, you have the usual rights to access, correct and erase your data; the email above is the way to exercise them.
